First time clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early for their appointment in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. For your convenience and to save time, you can print, fill out and bring the health questionnaire with you to your first appointment. Simply click on the link below:
If your are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accomodate you. However, if we are unable to do so, you will be asked to re-scheduled and will be subject to a $20 re-scheduling fee.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to re-book your appointment. If we are unable to do so, you will be subject to a $20 re-scheduling fee.
Gratuities are not included in the cost of the massage service or gift cards. Standard gratuities for massage services begin at 15% or may be higher depending on your satisfaction with the service.
